Jeb Bush – Creates the vision
Jeb Bush is our honorary chair. He’s an incredible policy-thinker who fervently believes that good ideas can become reality. Governor of Florida from 1999-2006, he mentored in the classroom every week. The momentum of this effort truly changed how schools in Florida view the value of parents and their community in helping students to read. Jeb’s committed to the vision of a literate United States, and annually hosts our Celebration of Reading gala to support family literacy programs in Florida.
